Kaghtsrik Georgian graduated from Yerevan State University (Department of Law) in 2018; she got her Master’s degree in American University of Armenia and graduated in 2021.

 

Previously, Kaghtsrik Georgian gained 3 years of experience within the judicial system. She was an assistant to a judge at the Civil Court of Appeal.

Previously, she had work experience in law firms.

 

Syuzanna is a corporate lawyer specializing in transactional cases, such as the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as the creation, restructuring, and reorganization of corporate and partnership enterprises. She provides advice to corporate clients on governance, shareholder rights, and succession planning. Additionally, Syuzanna focuses on AI law, intellectual property law, particularly trademark and copyright matters, serving both domestic and foreign clients.
